In this study, single CoFeCu alloy films were grown on polycrystalline Ti (hcp) substrates from an electrolyte containing their ions by the electrodeposition technique. The properties of the films were studied in terms of the deposition potential, the electrolyte pH, the film tickness and the electrolyte concentration. The electrochemical characterization of the electrolytes, was studied by using cyclic voltammetry (CV) method. In order to investigate the growth processes of the films, the current-time transients were recorded.Structural analysis of films was made using X ray diffraction. While the CoFeCu films grown at pH and deposition potantials parameters show crystal structure of face centered cubic (fcc). It was observed that the CoCu films show a mixed hexagonal closed packed (hcp) and face centred cubic (fcc) phase. On the other hand, the crystal structure at 0.04 M FeSO4 concentration is body centred cubic phase (bcc). The surface morphology of the films was investigated using Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). All CoFeCu films have homogeneous structure. The morphology films is affected by the deposition parameters.The Vibrating Sample Magnetometer (VSM) was used to study the magnetic properties. The VSM measurements showed that the magnetic properties are sensitive to the type of the deposition and the easy axis is in the film plane.Magnetoresistance measurements were carried out using the Van der Pauw (VDP) method at room temperature and in magnetic fields up to ±10 kOe. It was observed that both films exhibited Anisotropic Magnetoresistance (AMR).

Bu çalışmada CoFeCu alaşım filmler, Ti (hcp) alttabaka üzerine elektrodepozisyon yöntemi ile büyütüldüler. Filmlerin özellikleri depozisyon potansiyeline, çözelti pH' ına, film kalınlığına ve çözelti konsantrasyonuna bağlı olarak incelenmiştir. Çözelti elektrokimyasal karakterizasyonu döngüsel voltammetri (DV) tekniğiyle yapılmıştır. Filmlerin büyüme süreçlerini incelemek için akım zaman geçişleri kaydedilmiştir.Filmlerin yapısal özellikleri X-ışınları Difraksiyonu (XRD) ile analiz edilmiştir. pH ve depozisyon potansiyeline göre büyütülen CoFeCu filmler yüzey merkezli kübik (fcc) yapı göstermektedir. FeSO4 içermeyen çözeltiden büyütülen filmler hekzagonal sıkı paket (hcp) ve yüzey merkezli kübik (fcc)' den oluşan karışık yapı gösterirken, 0.04 M FeSO4 içeren çözeltiden büyütülen CoFeCu filmi cisim merkezli kübik (bcc) yapı göstermektedir. Filmlerin yüzey morfolojileri Taramalı Elektron Mikroskobu (SEM) ile incelenmiştir. Filmler homojen yapıya sahiptir ve depozisyon parametrelerine göre farklılık göstermektedirler.Filmlerin manyetik özelliklerinin araştırılması için Titreşimli Örnek Magnetometresi (VSM) kullanılmıştır. VSM ölçümleri, manyetik özelliklerin depozisyon türüne göre duyarlılık gösterdiğini ve kolay mıknatıslanma ekseninin film düzlemine paralel olduğunu göstermektedir.Manyetodirenç ölçümleri Van der Pauw (VDP) metodu kullanılarak oda sıcaklığında ± 10 kOe manyetik alan değerleri arasında yapılmıştır. Hazırlanan tüm filmlerin Anizotropik Magnetodirenç (AMR) davranış gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir.
