The research of the Effect of Financial Problems of SMEs and Bank Loans for SMEs, Master's Thesis, Ankara, 2011.This study provides information about the determination of the financing problems of SMEs in Turkey and about the results of the use of loan from the banks at the appropriate time and conditions among the resolution advisories to the problems of financing.The financing problems and the loans, given wide range of place in the study because of the theme, are the problems that SMEs confront the most. The loans and the incentives given to the SMEs gained considerable importance today and the loan institutions are in fact in a competition. This situation can be interpreted as a nice upgrade for the SMEs.The most important thing about loan is not to take the loan; it is to take the appropriate loan. This issue examined also in this study, is of great importance for enterprises. However, the institutions that give great importance to the SME loans should provide information on this subject to the SMEs and should make SMEs conscious of this subject, while diversifying the loans. Kobilerin Finansman Sorunları Ve Banka Kredilerinin KOBİ'lere Etkisinin İncelenmesı,Yüksek Lisans Tezi, Ankara, 2011.Bu çalışma, Türkiye'de KOBİ'lerin finansman sorunlarının belirlenmesi ve finansman sorunlarına getirilebilecek çözüm önerileri arasında banka kaynaklı uygun zamanda ve koşullarda kredi kullanımının sonuçları hakkında bilgi vermektedir.Konumuz gereği geniş yer verdiğimiz finansman sorunu ve krediler, KOBİ'lerin en çok karşılaştıkları sorunlardır. KOBİ'lere verilen kredi ve destekler günümüzde oldukça önem kazanmış ve kredi veren kurumlar adeta bir yarış içine girmişlerdir. Bu durum KOBİ'ler için güzel bir gelişme olarak yorumlanabilmektedir.Kredi konusunda asıl önemli olan ise kredi almak değil, uygun kredi almaktır. Bu çalışmada da incelediğimiz bu konu işletmeler için büyük önem arz etmektedir. Ancak günümüzde KOBİ kredilerine büyük önem veren kuruluşlar, kredileri çeşitlendirmekle birlikte bu konuda KOBİ'lere de bilgi vermeli ve KOBİ'leri bilinçlendirmelidir.
