The aim of this research was to reveal the organizational climate perceptions of teacher candidates studying at Faculty of Education. 563 students studying at Faculty of Education in Aydin Adnan Menderes University and Hasan Kalyoncu University, which were determined as the population of the research in accordance with the aim, were included in the research. In the research, School Climate Scale for University Students developed by Terzi (2015) was used. The scale was composed of 3 sub-dimensions and 17 items. The sub-dimensions of the scale were commitment to school (5 items), communication (6 items) and learning environment (6 items). The data of the research was collected by the researcher in the spring semester of 2017-2018 academic year. The analysis of the collected data was performed by SPSS package program. Frequency Analysis was used to reveal the distribution of the students' personal characteristics and Descriptive Analysis was used to show the scale's such values as mean and standard deviation. T test and F test was used to determine whether school climate perceptions differed according to the students' university, gender, department and class levels. As a result of the research, it was determined that the students studying at Faculty of Education had a low level of commitment to school, a moderate level of school climate perceptions and a high level of communication perceptions.

Bu araştırmanın amacı Eğitim fakültesine devam eden öğretmen adaylarının örgüt iklimi algılarını ortaya koymaktır. Belirlenen amaç doğrultusunda araştırmanın çalışma evreni olarak belirlenen Aydın Adnan Menderes Üniversitesi ve Hasan Kalyoncu Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültelerinde öğrenimlerine devam eden 563 eğitim fakültesi öğrencisi araştırmaya dahil edilmiştir. Araştırmada Terzi (2015) tarafından geliştirilen Üniversite Öğrencilerine Yönelik Okul İklimi Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Ölçek üç alt boyut ve 17 maddeden oluşmaktadır. Ölçeğin alt boyutları okula bağlılık (5 madde), iletişim (6 madde) ve öğrenme ortamı (6 madde) şeklindedir. Araştırmanın verileri 2017-2018 akademik yılı bahar yarıyılında araştırmacı tarafından toplanmıştır. Toplanan verilerin analizleri SPSS paket programına yüklenerek analizleri yapılmıştır. Öğrencilere ait kişisel bilgilerin dağılımını göstermek için frekans analizi, ölçeğin ortalama, standart sapma gibi değerlerini göstermek için ise betimsel istatistik uygulanmıştır. Okul iklimi algısının öğrencilerin üniversite, cinsiyet, bölüm ve sınıf düzeyine göre farklılık gösterip göstermediği T ve F testleri ile test edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda Eğitim Fakültesi öğrencilerinin öğrenme ortamı boyutunun orta, okula bağlılık algılarının düşük ve iletişim algılarının yüksek düzeyde olduğu belirlenmiştir.
