In this study, epoxised soybean oil was made to the epoxy ring and bio-based polyols were synthesized and polyurethane electrolytes are synthesized using the obtained polyols. To increase ionic conductivity of bio-based polyurethane electrolytes, lithium perchlorate LiClO4 additive bio-based polyurethane electrolytes have been synthesized and reported for the first time. It was used in polyurethane synthesis by making the ring opening with thioglycolic acid (TGA) and glycolic acid (GA). Bio-derived polyurethanes were obtained by reacting with 4,4'-methylenebis (phenyl isocyanate) (MDI) with PTGA, PGA and in addition, different bio-based polyurethane was synthesized by the addition of lithium perchlorate LiClO4 salt at different concentration rates in the same reaction. The structures of these compounds were determined with FT-IR, Xrd, DSC and conductivity measurements were made in the range of 4Hz-8MHz by using the parallel plate capacitor method. Same polyol/MDI ratio %0, %5, %10 ,%20, %30 lithium perchlorate LiClO4 salt containing polyurethane has been observed to increase conductivity as the rate of lithium perchlorate increased. PGA based polyurethane electrolyte conductivity with the highest lithium perchlorate concentration was measured as 4,8x10-7 S/cm, PTGA 1,45x10-6 S/cm. It was observed that the conductivity of TGA based polyurethane was higher than that of GA-based polyol.

Bu çalışmada, epoksilenmiş soya yağının epoksi halka açılması yapılarak biyo kökenli polioller ve üretilen polioller kullanılarak poliüretan elektrolitler sentezlenmiştir. Elde edilen biyo kökenli poliollerden poliüretan eldesinde iyonik iletkenliği arttırma adına lityum perklorat LiClO4 tuzu eklenmesiyle sentezlenen biyo bazlı poliüretan elektrolitler ilk kez bildirilmiştir. Halka açılması tiyoglikolik asit (TGA) ve glikolik asit (GA) ile yapılarak poliüretan sentezinde kullanılmıştır. Tiyoglikolik asit ile elde edilen PTGA ve glikolik asit ile elde edilen PGA 4,4'-metilenbis(fenil izosiyanat)(MDI) ile reaksiyona sokularak biyo kökenli poliüretanlar ve ayrıca aynı reaksiyona lityum perklorat LiClO4 tuzunun değişik derişim oranlarında ilavesiyle biyo kökenli farklı poliüretanlar sentezlenmiştir. Bu bileşikler FT-IR, XRD, DSC ile yapıları belirlendi ve iletkenlik ölçümü paralel plaka kapasitör metodu ile 4Hz-8MHz aralığında ölçüldü. Aynı poliol/MDI oranına sahip %0, %5, %10 ,%20, %30 lityum perklorat LiClO4 tuzu içeren poliüretanlarda lityum perklorat oranı arrtıkça iletkenliğin arttığı gözlemlenmiştir. En yüksek lityum perklorat derişime sahip PGA bazlı poliüretan elektrolitin iletkenlik değeri 4,8x10-7 S/cm, PTGA bazlı poliüretan elektrolitin iletkenlik değeri 1,45x10-6 S/cm olarak ölçülmüş iletkenliğin PTGA bazlı poliüretan elektrolitte daha yüksek olduğu gözlemlenmiştir.
