Abstract

In this study, oxides and vanadates containing double metals have been tried to synthesized using solid-state reactions. The products are characterized by X-ray Diffraction (XRD) and Fourier Transform Infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy.The compounds synthesized by microwave method. These synthesises were carried out 800 watt source for 10 minutes. The hydrothermal methods were placed at oven 3 days at 180 °C. In high temperature solid state reaction according to the methods and 600 °C, 700 °C, 800 °C, 900 °C, 1000 °C has been studied in parameters including different temperatures.MgTi2O5 (ICSD 157256), Mg0.01V2O5 (ICSD 82150), Mg0.1551V1.8966O3 (ICSD 51171) as pure compounds of the literature different from the first time it was synthesized; Li0.5TiO2 (ICDD 77-1387)-Li2TiO3 (ICDD 33-0831), CaTiO3 (ICSD 31865)-TiO2 (ICDD 84-1770), Li2V6O13 (ICDD 87-0471)-V2O5 (ICDD 89-2482), Na5V3O10 (ICDD 50-0024)-V2O5 (ICDD 89-2482), Mg0.01V2O5 (ICDD 89-0610)-V2O5 (ICDD 89-2482), Ca2V6O17 (ICDD 28-0250)-V2O5 (ICDD 09-0387) , CaV2O5 (ICDD 30-0286)-V2O5 (ICDD 09-0387), β-NaFeO2 (ICSD 76-0243)-Fe2O3 (ICDD 89-8104), Ca2Fe2O5 (ICDD 88-989)-Fe2O3 (ICDD 89-8104), Ca2Fe2O5 (ICSD 27111)-Fe2O3 (ICDD 89-8104) compounds, in dual phase synthesized by microwave synthesis method. LiV2O5 (ICDD 89-8318) was synthesized the first time in this study using different route from literatüre, Mg0.01V2O5 (ICDD 89-0610)-β-Mg1,9V3O8 (ICDD 23-1232), Mg0.1551Fe1.8966O3 (ICDD 89-3084)-Fe2O3 (ICDD 89-8103), CaFe2O4 (ICDD 65-1333)-Fe2O3 (ICDD 89-8103) were synthesized by hydrothermal method.

Bu çalışmada bazı çift metaller içeren oksit ve vanadat bileşikleri katı-hal kimyasal reaksiyonları kullanılarak sentezlenmiştir. Elde edilen ürünler X-Işınları Kırınımı (X-Ray Diffraction, XRD) ve Fourier Geçişli Kızılötesi Spektroskopi (Fourier Transform Infrared, FT-IR) ile karakterize edilmiştir.Mikrodalga enerji yönteminde, 800 watt gücünde, 10 dakika süreyle, hidrotermal yöntemde 180 °C' de üç gün süreyle çalışılmıştır. Yüksek sıcaklık katı hal yöntemiyle gerçekleştirilen reaksiyonlarda ise 600 °C, 700 °C, 800 °C, 900 °C, 1000 °C olmak üzere farklı sıcaklık parametrelerinde çalışılmıştır.
