Rich coordination chemistry of phthalocyanines allows researchers to use these designed and synthesized as a high technology material.In this study, metallo and non-metallo phthalocyanines including vanillin are synthesized. The physical properties of one?s synthesized complexes, which is 2,9 (10),16(17),23(24) tetrakis(4-(2-ethoxy-4-formylphenoxy) Zn (II) phtalocyanine (8), were characterized. Recently pysical properties of obtained other complexes will be studied.At the first step, the compound 4-(2-ethoxy-4-formylphenoxy)phthalonitrile (5), was sythesized by 3- (2-ethoxy -4-hidroxybenzaldehyde (4) and 4-nitrophthalonitrile. Starting with the compound numbered (5), 2,9 (10),16 (17),23 (24) -tetrakis (4- (2-ethoxy-4 formylphenoxy) phthalocyanine numbered (6) was prepared . At the second stage, respectively 2,9 (10),16 (17),23 (24) -tetrakis (4- (2-ethoxy-4-formylfenoxy) Co (II) phthalocyanine (7) and 2,9 (10),16 (17),23 (24) -tetrakis (4- (2-ethoxy-4-formylfenoxy) Zn (II) phthalocyanine (8) compounds were sythesized by using Co (C2H3O2)2.4H2O ve Zn(C2H3O2)2.2H2O salts. And then, with using Lu(C2H3O2)3.3H2O salt, 2,9(10),16(17),23(24)-tetrakis(4- (2-ethoxy-4-formylfenoxy) Lu (III) phthalocyanine (9) was obtained by numbered 5 compound.Structures of obtained those compounds were lightened by elemental analysis, UV / VIS, FT-IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR spectra.One of those new phthalocyanines, 2,9(10),16(17),23(24)-tetrakis(4-(2-ethoxy-4-formylfenoxy)Zn (II) phthalocyanine (8) ? s dc and ac conductivity measurements, were done depending on the temperatures between 295-523 K in vacuum (~2x10-2 mbar) in the dark.It was determined that conductivity measurements of the numbered (8) complex showed semiconductor properties. The activation energy of film were calculated as 0.71 eV by conductivity measurements. It was determinded that The ac conductivity of numbered (8) complex were varied in direct proportional to the frequency and temperature.

Ftalosiyaninlerin zengin koordinasyon kimyası; araştırmacıların istenen özelliklerde yüksek teknoloji malzemelerinin tasarlanmasına ve sentezlenmesine olanak sağlamaktadır.Bu çalışmada, vanilin içeren ftalosiyaninlerin metalli ve metalsiz ftalosiyanin bileşikleri sentezlendi. Sentezlenen komplekslerden 2,9(10),16 (17),23 (24) -tetrakis (4- (2-etoksi-4 formilfenoksi)Zn (II) ftalosiyanin (8) ` in fiziksel karakterizasyonu yapıldı. Elde edilen diğer komplekslerin fiziksel özellikleri de yakın zamanda incelenecektir.Çalışmanın ilk adımında, 4-(2-etoksi-4-formilfenoksi)ftalonitril (5) bileşiği, 3-(etoksi-4-hidroksibenzaldehit (4) ile 4-nitroftalonitril'in reaksiyonu ile sentezlendi. (5) nolu bileşiğinden başlayarak 2,9(10),16(17),23(24)-tetrakis(4-(2-etoksi-4-formilfenoksi) metalsiz ftalosiyanin (6) bileşiği hazırlandı. İkinci aşamada, 6 nolu bileşikten sırasıyla Co(C2H3O2)2.4H2O ve Zn(C2H3O2)2.2H2O tuzları kullanılarak 2,9 (10),16 (17),23 (24) -tetrakis (4- (2-etoksi-4-formilfenoksi) Co (II) ftalosiyanin (7) 2,9 (10),16 (17),23(24) -tetrakis (4-(2-etoksi-4-formilfenoksi) Zn (II) ftalosiyanin (8) kompleksleri sentezlendi. Daha sonra 5 nolu bileşikten Lu(C2H3O2)3.3H2O tuzu kullanılrak 2,9(10),16(17),23(24)-tetrakis(4-(2-etoksi-4-formilfenoksi)Lu (III) ftalosiyanin (9) bileşği elde edildi.Elde edilen bileşiklerin yapıları elemental analiz, UV/VIS, FT-IR, 1H-NMR ve 13C-NMR spektrumlarıyla aydınlatılmıştır.Sentezlenen bu yeni ftalosiyaninlerden 2,9(10),16 (17),23(24)-tetrakis(4-(2-etoksi-4-formilfenoksi)Zn (II) ftalosiyanin (8) kompleksinin filmine ait dc ve aciletkenlik ölçümleri sıcaklığa bağlı (295-523 K) olarak vakum ortamında (~2x10-2 mbar) ve karanlıkta yapıldı. İletkenlik ölçümlerinden kompleksin yarıiletken özellik gösterdiği belirlendi. Filmin aktivasyon enerjisi, dc iletkenlik ölçümlerinden 0.71 eV olarak hesaplandı. Kompleksin ac iletkenliğinin frekans ve sıcaklık ile doğru orantılı değiştiği belirlendi.
