Second, MDMQ is used (Appendix 2). All the data has been classified in Excel 2010 and analyzed with SPSS 21. Frequency, IST, Anova tests are used. In this study, margin of error is taken as 0.05.Findings: It has been found that in decision-making, there are statistically meaningful correlation between self-esteem and years of service, level of the facility as well as educational level; in the sub-dimensions of decision-making styles, there are statistically meaningful correlation between job type, years of service, level of the facility and educational level. Results: It has been observed that self-esteem levels of the sport facility administrators are lower if their years of service and educational levels are lower and they work at the low-level facilities.
