 The study focuses on digital agoras created by digital technologies and the subjects who interact, communicate and collaborate with digital agoras. Digital agoras are parceled media new and social mediaplatformstools spaces with owners, managers and residents, and these spaces are governed by power relations. According to Byung-Chul Han, power and power relations apply psychopolitical domination techniques to todays subject, Spirit, through digitalization, technological tools, new and social media, and they make the subject identical, transparent, naked and transform it into a performance subject. Excessive communication, interaction, sharing, participation and information lead the subject to self-exploitation, violence, collapse of the immune system and exposure to various diseases. According to Han, he explains this change and transformation in society through performance, transparency, palliative and fatigue societies. The study contributes to the deficiency in the academic field by defining, classifying, describing, analyzing and resolving digital agoras through Hans concepts, theories and approaches, and also tries to introduce Byung-Chul Hans concepts, theories and approaches to the academic field. The study aims to examine, analyze, describe and resolve the domination and self-techniques that occur in digital agoras, which create a process in which the subject ends up exhausted and exploits himself, and the societies in which these domination and self-techniques occur. The descriptive research method is used in the study. According to the findings of the research, the information regime is realized in digital agoras. The new domination and self-technique that occurs in the information regime is psychopolitics. The new regime is more interested in the human psyche than the human body. The information regime wants to take control of the human psyche psychic apparatus through psychopolitics. We think that the research is important both because it introduces Byung-Chul Hans concepts, theories and approaches to the academic field and because it focuses on an area that is missing in the literature by examining the effects of digital agoras new and social media on the subject through his concepts.

 Çalışma, dijital teknolojilerle oluşturulan dijital agoralara ve dijital agoralar ile etkileşime, iletişime ve işbirliğine giren öznelere odaklanmaktadır. Dijital agoralar; sahipleri, yöneticileri ve yerleşikleri olan parsellenmiş medya yeni ve sosyal medyaplatformalararaçlar uzamlarıdır ve bu uzamlar iktidar ilişkileri tarafından yönetilmektedir. Byung-Chul Hana göre iktidar ve iktidar ilişkileri, dijital, dijitalleşme, teknolojik araçlar, yeni ve sosyal medya üzerinden günümüz öznesine, Tinine psikopolitik tahakküm teknikleri uygulayarak, özneyi aynılaştırmakta, şeffaflaştırmakta, çıplaklaştırmakta ve bir performans öznesine dönüştürmektedir. Aşırı iletişim, etkileşim, paylaşım, katılım ve enformasyon, öznenin kendi kendini sömürmesine, şiddet uygulamasına, bağışıklık yapısının çökmesine ve çeşitli hastalıklara maruz kalmasına yol açmaktadır. Hana göre toplumdaki bu değişim ve dönüşümü performans, şeffaflık, palyatif ve yorgunluk toplumları üzerinden açıklamaktadır. Çalışma, hem Hanın kavram, kuram ve yaklaşımları üzerinden dijital agoraları tanımlayarak, sınıflandırarak, betimleyerek, analiz ederek ve çözümleyerek akademik alandaki eksikliğe odaklanarak katkı sağlamakta hem de Byung-Chul Hanın kavram, kuram ve yaklaşımlarını akademik alana tanıtma çabasındadır. Çalışma, öznenin tükenişi ile sonuçlandığı, kendi kendini sömürdüğü süreci yaratan dijital agoralarda gerçekleşen tahakküm ve kendilik teknikleri ile bu tahakküm ve kendilik tekniklerinin gerçekleştiği toplumları incelemeyi, analiz etmeyi, betimlemeyi ve çözümlemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmada betimsel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmaktadır. Araştırmanın bulgularına göre dijital agoralarda enformasyon rejimi gerçekleşmektedir. Enformasyon rejiminde gerçekleşen yeni tahakküm ve kendilik tekniği psikopolitikadır. Yeni rejim insan bedeninden daha çok insan psikesi ile ilgilenmektedir. Enformasyon rejimi, psikopolitika aracılığı ile insan psikesinin ruhsal aygıt kontrolünü ele geçirmek istemektedir. Araştırmanın, hem Byung  Chul Hanın kavram, kuram ve yaklaşımlarını akademik alana tanıtması hem de dijital agoraların yeni ve sosyal medya özne üzerindeki etkilerini onun kavramları üzerinden inceleyerek, literatürde eksik olan bir alana odaklandığı için önemli olduğunu düşünmekteyiz.
