Abstract:

The human’s desire to be active and influential in his future made him harness the reasons for it. In the history, we find ancient civilisations that were related to the future and tried to predict it, such as the Greek and Pharaonic civilisations - with their available ways and methods - The future is unknown, as well as its secrets. There are many ways and means of foreseeing it and the Islamic civilization was also amongst those who were interested in the future, as there are many models for this in the Qur'an and Sunnah, which is one of the miracles of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him .
This research aims to determine how to foresee the future in Islam, in which we have identified concepts and provided some models and examples that we stood on in description and analysis.
