 The current study intends to identify and examine the relevant abilities as a prerequisite for leading the transition towards knowledge management inspired by ADKAR Model. Constantine 2 University's libraries were selected as a case study because previous research has shown the commitment to implement an honest approach to knowledge management and the employees' willingness to alter the existing organizational culture to one that promotes knowledge management.
The study concluded that most library leaders at Constantine 2 University are fully prepared to implement all the procedures included in the various stages of change toward knowledge management according to the ADKAR model.
