 تميزت البيئة الاتصالية الجديدة بعدة خصائص حيث فرضت التكنولوجيات الحديثة على المتلقي صفة الإيجابية والتفاعلية، عكس النماذج القديمة الخطية التي إعتبرت الفرد متلقي سلبي، لذلك جعلت الأنظمة الاتصالية الحالية المرسل ينتقل من فرد سلبي يتلقى المحتوى الإعلامي فقط دون رجع الصدى،إلى فرد يشارك في إنتاج المضامين الإعلامية، بل ويغير أجندتها حسب المحتوى وساهمت البيئة الاتصالية الجديدة في إعادة تصنيف المنظومة الاتصالية بحيث جعلت سلوك الجمهور يتأثر بإعتماد مرتكزات جديدة مهمة ومؤثرة  لها أبعاد مرتبطة باستخدامها المجرد فالفرد يشارك بفعالية بسبب ما تفرضه تلك التقنيات وهذا ما ساهم في دعم حرية التعبير ،وأثر هذا على البيئة الاتصالية وأدى لبروز واقع جديد لتبني إصلاحات إعلامية حتى لا تبقى وسائل الإعلام ظلا لنفسها ،وهذا ما خلق فضاء اتصالي وإعلامي بديلا عن الإعلام التقليدي.
Abstract: The new communication environment was characterized by several characteristics. The new technologies imposed on the recipient a positive and interactive nature, and transformed it from a passive individual who receives media content only to an individual involved in the production of media content. The new communication environment contributed to the reclassification of the communication system, Important and influential new dimensions associated with the use of abstract individual participation effectively because of the imposition of these techniques and this has contributed to the support of freedom of expression, and the impact on the communication environment and led to the emergence of a new reality to adopt media reforms so as not to remain means Media has become a shadow for itself, and this has created an alternative media and media space for traditional media.
