 يعد الحق في الزواج أحد أهم حقوق الإنسان الطبيعية، له مكانته في الإسلام لأهميته في تكوين أسرة ومجتمع على أسس متينة، وهو الحق الذي تعتني به المواثيق الدولية لاهتمامها بحقوق الإنسان عموما والمرأة خصوصا؛ إذ تطرح مؤخرا مفاهيم جديدة أساسها العلاقات الجنسية العابرة تكرس حق الإنسان في العلاقات المثلية وبذلك تؤسس لنظام جديد للأسرة أساسه الغريزة الجنسية لا الزواج الصحيح بين الرجل والمرأة؛ وهو ما عنت به هذه الورقة تنبيها لخطورة هذا الطرح ونتائجه الوخيمة على المجتمع والإنسانية كلها.
                  The right to marry is one of the most important natural human rights; very important in Islam because of its great importance in forming a family and healthy human society, and It is the right that international conventions take care of due to their concern for human rights, However, it recently introduces new concepts based on transgender sexual relations, which that establishes the human right to same-sex relationships, However, thus establishing a new family system based on the sexual instinct rather than the correct marriage between man and woman. This is what this paper wants to clarify to demonstrate risk.
