 The application of international accounting standards in Algeria leads to several changes in some accounting and fiscal rules, and these changes directly affect the elements of determining the tax on corporate profits, and this requires adapting the fiscal rules to the new accounting reality and the need to prepare a reconciliation table or move from the accounting result To the tax result, allowing for the modernization of the tax system and reducing the effects of changing the accounting reference, to make the Algerian institution have a sufficiently supported legal framework that enables it to improve the functioning of the relationship between accounting and collection, and in parallel with all these efforts, the tax law has also had a number of changes. And reforms, with the aim of reaching a bridge that facilitates communication between accounting and fiscal needs. This imposes on the Algerian state the need to intensify its efforts in order to study and solve the various problems that this divergence may pose, by offering objective and intermediate solutions that do not give priority to fiscal goals over accounting goals.
 
Résumé
L'application des normes comptables internationales en Algérie à plusieurs changements dans certains règles comptables et fiscales, et ces changements affectent directement déterminer les éléments de l'impôt sur les bénéfices des sociétés, et exige des règles fiscales de conditionnement avec le nouvelle pratique comptable et de la nécessité de préparer une table de concilier ou de passer d’un résultat comptable vers un résultat fiscal , Permettre la modernisation du système fiscal et réduire les effets du changement de référence comptable, Pour rendre l’entreprise algérienne dispose d'un cadre juridique est soutenu la position assez pour améliorer le fonctionnement de la relation entre la comptabilité et la fiscalité, Et en parallèle avec tous ces efforts, le droit fiscal est aussi un ensemble de changements et de réformes, ce qui est imposé à l'Etat algérien la nécessité d'intensifier leurs efforts pour étudier et résoudre les différents problèmes qui peuvent découler de cette lacune , et en offrant des solutions objectives et intermédiaire qui n’a pas l’intérêt de donner l’avantage à des objectifs fiscales sur les objectifs comptables .
Mots clés : les normes comptables internationales, système comptable financier , les règles fiscales algérienne , points de divergences , l’adaptation de les efforts de l’état.
