Abstract:

The Covid-19 pandemic has raised many challenges, for the individual and public health, for the state and its institutions, and even for the global economy, as it has proven that the issue of borders is a relative matter and that there is no longer a place for privacy if it comes to human and state security. The study focuses on the two biggest challenges faced by the international system in light of the Covid-19 pandemic, the first which is the security challenge, especially with the policies that many countries have implemented to limit the spread of the virus and the inconsistency that occurred with violating the privacy of individuals. The second is the economic challenge, which pushed the global economy to the abyss and its great repercussions on the world as a whole.
