 لقد سن المشرع الجزائري آليات قانونية تحدد و تضبط الممارسات التجارية، عن طريق فرض القانون رقم 04/02 المحدد للقواعد المطبقة على الممارسات التجارية المعدل والمتمم، حيث جاء هذا القانون لحظر العديد من الممارسات التجارية غير النزيهة المخالفة للأعراف التجارية، إن قواعد المنافسة وضعت لحماية السوق وحرية المنافسة بصفة عامة ومصالح الأعوان الاقتصاديين بصفة خاصة.
تتجلى دراسة هذا الموضوع في الأهمية البالغة التي أصبحت تكتسيها نزاهة الممارسات التجارية، مع توضيح جهود المشرع الجزائري في تنظيم السوق، العلاقات بين الأعوان الاقتصاديين، علاقة العون الاقتصادي في مواجهة المستهلك، وكذا مراقبة السوق من خلال تفعيل آليات معينة منح لها العديد من الصلاحيات التي من شأنها أن تسهل في الرقي بالنهوض بالاقتصاد الوطني.

The Algerian legislator enacted legal mechanisms that define and control commercial practices by imposing law no 02/04 specifying the rules applices. Amended and supplemented as this law came to prohibit many unfair commercial practices that violate commercial norms. 
The rules of competition were set to protect the market and freedom of competition in general and the interests of economic agents in particular. 
The study of this subject is evident in the extreme importance that the integrity of commercial practices has become. With the clarification of the efforts of the Algerian legislator in regulating the market. The relations between economic agents the relationship of economic aid in the face of the consumer as well as monitoring the market through the activation of certain mechanisms that have been granted many powers. Which would facilitate the advancement of the national economy.
