Abstract:

We are talking within the framework of this search for the sources and implications of the international conflict. Have these sources differed in the pre-Cold War period beyond? What is the nature of the difference and the difference between the two phases? The research on the sources of the international conflict between two stages is very important as it contributes to the statement and clarification of the transformation of international conflicts in the post-cold war era. However, some specialists in the field of international relations have a different opinion, considering that the sources of conflict remained one despite the state of transition between the two phases.
