Abstract:

The national council of the Algerian Revolution organized its third meeting in Tripoli, Libya, and this since its foundation in 1956, and it was an ordinary session from August 07 th 1961 till the 29th of the same month, with the presence of all its members or representatives of approximately number of fifty. The meeting treated the study of the problems of the Algerian Revolution, and the means to give it assistance in order to resist. The question of negotiations with the French Colonizer which started in Summer 1960 , and the tensions within the revolution’s wings between the executive and the military ones ; i.e. the memorandum of the step-down of the headquarters authority which was presented to the temporary government , the most noticeable point in the agenda of the national council of the Algerian Revolution .
The National Council of the Algerian Revolution took very important decisions among which , we have the creation of the third temporary government in August 27th 1961 , the selection of a presidency was seen by the majority of those who selected it , that it was the appropriate for the period through which the Algerian Revolution passed . In addition to this, the war Ministerial committee was dissolved, and the doors were opened to go fighting in the Algerian Revolution, Arab fighters and even from China. For its great sacrifices , the Federation of Liberation Front in France was considered as a seventh Wilaya , but the National Council didn’t succeed to create a committee in Algeria to give it an internal leadership like the coordination and execution committee , Which has always been the main reason for the revolution's problems.
