Abstract:
This study came with the aim at uncovering the relationship between investment in the human factor and the marketing of information services by conducting a field study at the universities of Batna, Biskra, Annaba and Guelma. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the analytical descriptive method was adopted. A questionnaire form was also used as a tool for data collection and Spss for statistical analysis.
The results of the study revealed a statistically significant impact relationship between investment in human resources and marketing of information services, and indicated that independent variables (programmes and plans training, implementation of training programmes, evaluation of training programmes) had a positive impact on the dependent variable (marketing of information services). On this basis, the study presented a series of proposals that would foster the role of university libraries in which the field study was conducted in the field of human resources investment in order to market information services in such a way as to reach the beneficiary's satisfaction
