The expanded marketing mix is the mainstay for building the marketing strategy for any hotel establishment. The seven elements of the hotel mix are gathered together, namely service, pricing, promotion, distribution, audience, physical evidence and processes to build this strategy, and each of the seven elements has multiple strategies that the hotel establishment adopts. What is in line with the factors affecting the internal and external environment surrounding it, through the presented study, we find that hotels are not devoid of these elements to achieve their goals in the short, medium and long term, as they pursue strategies associated with the expanded marketing mix to achieve profit and permanence in a difficult external environment.
