Abstract:

One of the aspects of ease in shria'a and its removal of hardship from Muslim, what was reported that prophet Mohammed -peace be upon him- granted the camel herders a concession allowing them to combine the stoning of the Jamrat on one day and not another, the reason behind that is because the herders are busy herding the camels out of the area of "mina", and it is difficult for them to go back and forth from their herds to "mina", therefor the prophet -peace be upon him- granted them his concession to combine the stoning, to remove the hardship that was upon them. This research is to study of these legitimate concession, whether it is especially for herders, or it is a general concession for those who have a similar excuse, and to determine what are these excuses. This research also examined other issues regarding combine the stoning of the Jamrat, such as accelerating or delaying stoning, combine the stoning of the Jamrat of the day of scarify with the other days, and the effect of the ability to combine stoning on the validity of delegating of stoning.
