Abstract:

The issue of organized crime in general and organized crime in particular is one of the complicated issues that have not been determined in terms of their concept and content, despite the fact that this phenomenon is a threat to governments and states because of the confusion between organized crime and similar ordinary crimes.
Organized crime is characterized by the stability of activity and its hierarchical structure, which provides the distribution of tasks and responsibilities within the organization.
Organized crime has affected most countries of the world, both unstable and stable politically, and the danger of this crime has become a real threat.
