Abstract:

This study aims to clarify how Islamic Sharia seeks to achieve justice through the implementation of punitive measures, based on its comprehensive legal system and fundamental objectives. The research is divided into three main sections: the first section defines the main concepts in the study. The second one examines the principles of considering justice through the deterrent mechanisms. The third section highlights practical models that demonstrate how justice is observed in the execution of deterrent penalties.
This study concludes with a summary of the most important findings.
