 هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور البنوك الإسلامية الخضراء في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة، من خلال قدرتها على تعبئة الموارد المالية، وتوجيهها نحو تمويل المشاريع الخضراء الصديقة للبيئة، للحد من الأثر السلبي التي تحدثه التغيرات المناخية والتي تُؤثّر على البيئة، مع الإشارة لتجربة البنك الإسلامي للتنمية الذي وضع خطة 2030 لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة. اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالاستناد على البيانات والتقارير السنوية الصادرة من البنك الإسلامي للتنمية؛ وتوصلنا إلى أَنّ تجربة البنك الإسلامي للتنمية تُعّتبر من التجارب الناجحة، حيث حقّق تقدماً واضحاً في الأهداف المسطرة من طرفه كما تحصل على جائزة من مجلة أخبار التمويل الإسلامي لسنة 2021 لصفقة السنة في مجال التأثير الاجتماعي، الاستثمار المسؤول اجتماعياً، المجالات البيئية والاجتماعية والمتصلة بالحوكمة، عن الصكوك المستدامة للبنك.
This study aimed to shed light on the role of Islamic green bank in achieving sustainable development goals by their ability to mobilize financial resources and direct them towards financial environmentally friendly green projects. This is done to mitigate the negative impact of climate change and its effects on the environment. The study also refers to the experience of the Islamic Development Bank, which has developed a 2030 plan to achieve sustainable development goals. In this study, we relied on the descriptive analytical approach, based on data and annual reports issued by the Islamic Development Bank. We found that experience of the Islamic Development Bank is considered a successful one, as it has made significant progress in achieving its set goals. It has also received an award from the Islamic Finance News magazine for the Deal of the Year in 2021 in the field of social impact investment, socially responsible investment, and areas related to governance, specifically regarding the bank’s sustainable Sukuk.
