Abstract:

 

Although the researches and discussions on intelligence have not reached a clear result, many opinions have been given about what intelligence is. Intelligence is defined as the ability of people to reason, to reason, to perceive objective facts, to judge and to draw conclusions. Artificial intelligence is the state of the art technology, which is a copy of human intelligence with advanced technology, which can make logical and mathematical decisions. Today, artificial intelligence systems are used in cognitive tasks that have direct social dimensions such as national defense, legal systems, banking and data collection center. Artificial intelligence should be studied ethically in terms of being directly related to human and social life. Today and in the past it has always been responsible for the preservation of the existence of human nature and other living things. Today, it is human responsibility to consider ethical problems in artificial intelligence technologies.

 

Zekâ üzerine yapılan araştırmalar ve tartışmalar net bir sonuca ulaşamamış olsa da zekânın ne oluğu üzerine birçok görüş belirtilmiştir. Zekâ insanın düşünme, akılyürütme, objektif gerçekleri algılama, yargılama ve sonuç çıkarma yeteneklerinin tamamı, anlak, dirayet, feraset olarak tanımlanır. Yapay zekâ ise insan zekâsının ileri teknoloji ile kopyalanmış hali, mantıklı ve matematiksel kararlar verebilen teknoloji sistemidir. Günümüzde yapay zekâ sistemleri milli savunma, hukuki sistemler, bankacılık ve veri toplama merkezleri gibi doğrudan sosyal boyutlara sahip olan bilişsel işlerde kullanılmaktadır. Yapay zekâ doğrudan insanla ve toplumsal yaşamla ilişkili olması bakımından etik çerçevede incelenmelidir. Bugün ve geçmişte insan doğanın ve diğer canlıların varlığının korunmasında her zaman sorumluluk sahibi olmuştur. Bugün de yapay zekâ teknolojilerinde etik problemleri göz önünde bulundurmak insanın sorumluluğundadır.
