Abstract:

 Abstract:
Through this research paper, we aim to shed light on the reality of electronic job offers on social media platforms, as one of the features of digital work in the modern era. Many groups are increasingly turning toward remote job opportunities due to the decline of traditional employment and the emergence of new patterns of technologically based work. Social media platforms have become channels that help provide job opportunities and publish job offers that meet the needs of users seeking employment in a rapidly evolving digital environment.
The importance of this research lies in uncovering the nature of electronic job offers available on Facebook as an example of social platforms that display various job announcements across both official and public pages. As Facebook attracts large numbers of followers, we seek to assess the available offers and their credibility by surveying the opinions of users who follow public Facebook pages.
Accordingly, this study reveals the nature and credibility of job offers available on Facebook in light of the increasing reliance on such platforms, based on a field study of a sample of Facebook users interested in these offers.
