 The study problem of the researcher is reflected in designing and standardizing the psychological resilience measure of diving instructors and identifying the extent of differences in psychological resilience among diving instructors in the Arab Republic of Egypt. In order to achieve this, the researcher worked to answer the following questions, what is the measure of psychological resilience of diving instructors in the Arab Republic of Egypt?  What is the level of psychological resilience of the diving instructors in the Arab Republic of Egypt? Are there statistically significant differences between the level of psychological resilience of the diving instructors in the Arab Republic of Egypt according to the training experience variable? The researcher used the descriptive method. The research community consists of all (254) diving instructors in South Sinai Governorate and the Red Sea (who were selected) in an intended manner. The instructor must be registered with the Egyptian Diving and Rescue Federation. The training instructor should be (working) in any Egyptian diving centre at the moment and should be labelled by the federation with the training level. The researcher used the statistical program (SPSS), arithmetic mean, standard deviation, relative weight, percentage, alpha Chronbach coefficient and “T” test. The researcher was satisfied with the level of statistical significance at (0.05). The most important results were that the differences between the averages in the degree of achievement of psychological flexibility on the scale as a whole for diving instructors in the Arab Republic of Egypt according to the number of years of experience they have are not statistically significant at the level of (0.05). The diving instructors with more than 10 years of experience have shown greater superiority than trainers with less than 10 years of experience in each area of the psychological resilience scale according to the degree of achievement of psychological flexibility for the scale as a whole.                   تجسدت مشكلة البحث لدى الباحث في تصميم وتقنين مقياس المرونة النفسية لدى مدربي الغوص، والتعرف على مدى الفروق في المرونة النفسية بين مدربي الغوص بجمهورية مصر العربية، وللوصول إلى ذلك فقد عمل الباحث على الإجابة عن الأسئلة التالية، ما مقياس المرونة النفسية لمدربي الغوص بجمهورية مصر العربية، وما مستوى المرونة النفسية لمدربي الغوص بجمهورية مصر العربية، وهل توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين مستوى المرونة النفسية لمدربي الغوص بجمهورية مصر العربية وفقا لمتغير الخبرة التدريبية، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وتكون مجتمع البحث من جميع مدربي الغوص بمحافظة جنوب سيناء والبحر الأحمر والتي بلغ عددهم (٢٥٤) مدربا بالطريقة العمدية على أن يكون المدربين مسجلين بالاتحاد المصري للغوص والإنقاذ، أن يكون قائم بالتدريب في الوقت الحالي بأحد مركز الغوص المصرية، أن يكون مصنف لدي الإتحاد بالدرجة التدريبية، وقد استخدم الباحث البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS) والمتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري والوزن النسبي والنسبة المئوية ومعامل ألفا كرونباخ واختبار "ت"، وقد ارتضى الباحث مستوى الدلالة الإحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) وقد كانت أهم النتائج أن الفروق بين المتوسطات في درجة تحقق المرونة النفسية على المقياس ككل لمدربي الغوص بجمهورية مصر العربية وفقا لعدد سنوات الخبرة لديهم ليست ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05)، في حين أبدى مدربي الغوص ذوي الخبرة أكثر من ١٠ سنوات تفوقا أكبر من المدربين ذوي الخبرة أقل من ١٠ سنوات في كل مجال من مجالات مقياس المرونة النفسية وفن درجة تحقق المرونة النفسية للمقياس ككل، وقد تعود هذه الفروق إلى أهمية الخبرة بالنسبة لمدربي الغوص ذوي الخبرة العالية.
