Abstract:

 هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على درجة تطبيق معلمي الرياضيات في مراحل التعليم (الابتدائي- المتوسط- الثانوي) للتعلم النشط في مرحلة التخطيط، كما هدفت الى التعرف على درجة تطبيق معلمي الرياضيات للتعلم النشط في مرحلة التنفيذ، وسعت الى التعرف على درجة تطبيق معلمي الرياضيات في مراحل التعليم (الابتدائي- المتوسط- الثانوي) للتعلم النشط في مرحلة التقويم، كما سعت للتعرف على ما اذا كان هناك اختلاف بين معلمي الرياضيات في جميع المراحل في تطبيق التعلم النشط تعزي الى (الخبرة، الدورات التدريبية). ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي كما استخدم الملاحظة كأداة للدراسة. وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي الرياضيات الذين يدرسون مقرر الرياضيات لجميع المراحل في مكتب التعليم بالبجادية التابع لإدارة التعليم بمحافظة الدوادمي والبالغ عددهم (54) معلما وفقا لإحصائية شؤون المعلمين للعام الدراسي 1436ه- 1437ه. وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية، من خلال اختيار معلم من كل مدرسة لتطبيق بطاقة الملاحظة بطريقة الملاحظة المباشرة، ليكون عدد عينة الدراسة (16) معلما. أما ابرز النتائج التي توصلت اليها الدراسة فهي: أن درجة تطبيق معلمي الرياضيات للتعلم النشط في مرحلة التخطيط متوسطة، كما أظهرت النتائج ان درجة تطبيق معلمي الرياضيات للتعلم النشط في مرحلة التنفيذ متوسطة، كما أظهرت النتائج أيضا أن درجة تطبيق معلمي الرياضيات للتعلم النشط في مرحلة التقويم متوسطة، وكشفت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوي دلالة (0.05) فاقل في اتجاهات افراد عينة الدراسة حول محاور الدراسة (التخطيط- التنفيذ) تعزي لعدد سنوات الخبرة، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوي دلالة (0.05) فاقل في اتجاهات افراد عينة الدراسة حول محور التقويم. وبينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوي دلالة (0.05) فاقل في اتجاهات افراد عينة الدراسة حول محاور الدراسة (التخطيط- التنفيذ- التقويم) تعزي لعدد الدورات التدريبية في طرق التدريس وفي ضوء هذه النتائج توصلت الدراسة لمجموعة من التوصيات كان أبرزها: صياغه الأهداف بما يتوافق مع التعلم النشط، استخدام وسائل تعليمية تناسب الاستراتيجية المستخدمة، مساعد الطلاب في تدوين ملخص الدرس في المطويات.
                  This study aimed to identify the degree to which mathematics teachers of primary, intermediate, and secondary levels, applied active learning at the planning stage. It also aimed to identify the degree of application of active learning by mathematics teachers at the implementation stage. The study also sought to identify the degree to which mathematics teachers of (primary, intermediate, and secondary) apply active learning at the evaluation stage. It also sought to determine whether there is a difference between mathematics teachers at all levels in the application of active learning attributed to (experience and training courses). The researcher used the descriptive survey approach and the observation card as a study tool to achieve the study objectives. The study community consists of all mathematics teachers who teach the mathematics curriculum at all levels in the education office in Bajadiya, Department of Education, in the al-Duwadimi governorate. The number of teachers reached 54 according to the statistics of teachers' affairs for the academic year 1436- 1437 AH. The study sample was chosen randomly through the selection of a teacher from each school to apply the observation card in a direct observation method, to make the number of sample teachers 16. The main findings of the study are: the degree of application of active learning by mathematics teachers at the planning stage is medium. The results also showed that the degree of application of active learning by mathematics teachers in the implementation stage is medium. It further showed that the degree of application of active learning by mathematics teachers in the evaluation phase is medium.  The results also revealed that there are no significant differences at an indication level of (0.05) in the trends of the members of the study sample towards the phases of the study (planning- implementation) attributed to the number of years of experience. There are statistically significant differences at an indication level of (0.05) in the directions of the sample individuals about the evaluation phase. The results showed that there are no significant differences at the significance level of (0.05) in the trends of the study sample members around the phases of the study (planning- execution- evaluation) attributed to the number of training courses in teaching methods. In light of these results, the study reached a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which include: Designing objectives in line with active learning, Using teaching aids that suit the used strategy, and Assisting students in writing the lesson summary in leaflets.
