Abstract:

Our rationel is based on B .Latour etM.Callon theory (1980) of translation and d’lribarne interpretive theory (2011). The subject under study is the analysis of the effects of cultural representations on the dynamics of organizational innovation based on a body of interviews conducted in international cooperation: the thermal power plant installed in Skikda (Algeria) SNC LAV ALIN. The study concludes that the different cultural profiles meet and complement to give rise to a new managerial procedure called lean management.
