Abstract:

Safety is important to learning the skills of a sport. All instruction and coaching should include appropriate safety principles. Despite of the all precautions, some injuries will occur. But the coach must be able to recognise serious injuries and know correct first aid procedures. The sports instructors and coaches’ responsibility is to help sportive activities to be safer through prevention of injury techniques, as well as the appropriate recognition, early management and transfer of injured active people to hospital. The sports instructor and coaches should have a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities and work within these qualifications.
