 الملخص: 
تُشكل عقود نقل التكنولوجيا ركيزة أساسية وحلاً استراتيجياً للدول النامية في مساعيها الحثيثة نحو تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية الشاملة والمستدامة. هذه العقود ليست مجرد أدوات تجارية، بل هي آليات حيوية تمكّن هذه الدول من التغلب على التبعية الاقتصادية وتطوير صناعاتها المحلية، وصولاً إلى مرحلة الاستقلالية والقدرة على المنافسة في الأسواق العالمية، وتركز هذه التقنية على نقل المعارف والمعلومات الحيوية، والحصول على المساعدة التقنية اللازمة، والاستفادة من براءات الاختراع في المجالين الصناعي والتكنولوجي، مما يسمح للدول النامية باكتساب الأدوات والخبرات الأساسية لبناء قدراتها الصناعية.
Abstract: 
Technology transfer contracts serve as a fundamental pillar and a strategic solution for developing nations in their earnest pursuit of comprehensive and sustainable economic development. These agreements are far more than mere commercial tools; they are vital mechanisms that empower these countries to overcome economic dependency and foster the growth of their local industries. This process ultimately leads to a stage of independence and competitiveness in global markets. This technology transfer focuses on conveying crucial knowledge and information, securing necessary technical assistance, and leveraging patents in the industrial and technological spheres. This allows developing nations to acquire the essential tools and expertise needed to build their industrial capabilities.
