In contrast to the dense concrete blocks brought about by urbanization residents of the neighborhood are still living in the colorful painted stone houses bay with gardens and they create their own wooden mansion. Stairs and streets overlooking the beach and the neighborhood are the factors affecting the shape of the settlement and culture. The environmental design works in historical urban areas are instrument in improving the environmental quality, re-functionalization and protection of the city. In this context the design for the pedestrian by reassessing the elements that make up the natural and cultural landscape character of the Kuzguncuk are priorities of the aim of this study. The hand-drawn technique was used for the creation of stains plan and design sketches, AutoCAD 2014, Photoshop CS6, Sketch Up and transfer to Lumion 5.3 software was used for drawing and representation three-dimensional of the project in the study. Alternative usage scenarios were considered by regarding protection-usage balance in this study. The design of culture and arts places, bicycle axle and walking paths, the development of leisure garden and a children's playground, sports fields, exhibition streets, facades, silhouettes, the marketplace and sales unit designs were suggested in the study. It is expected from the results that the produced pedestrian project and landscape design proposals are to provide a more effective use in the area. The produced project proposals will also give insight into the use and designs of similar areas.
