Abstract:

Ask search on "mechanisms to devote a culture of self-reliance" to address complex issues dialectic of culture and personal, and display some of the perceptions and theoretical results empirical to the influence of culture on personality in the field of labor and production, which show clearly the reflection of the mental aspects of personal and cultural structure, sentence of principles provided by culture of belonging to, or as a basis for the acquisition of knowledge, because it seems that what is mental and cognitive linked Becoming sociological more than they relate to the individual will, and then, given the equal biological evolution or organic for human kind in all the deferral, it will be the level of development of the cultural context then is the test interval between civilizational achievements of human groups. Which is necessary be alert to him, the emergence of cultural approaches to development and modernization, and based on that adult culture System higher social actors, are the main variable in the process of development in various sectors, because it involves rules-oriented and stimulating human behavior towards the achievement of the remaining question then revolves around the phases of majority or maturity or the achievement of independence or freedom from dependency experienced by the culture, the subject of his consecration; then to be limited to the case in the "implantation or injection independent to cure" mechanisms to ensure access to the outputs of a mature and independent figures holders, given the limited opportunities for maneuver, where "you can not acquisition or adopt only who is not the owner of it, or abandoned him from the other cultures silent on the subject; is that if the personal constitutes a reflection of the structure of culture, and this is reflected characterized by reliability, it demonstrates the reliability problem elements him , which requires thinking about the conferences and the establishment of research centers informed, to work on the revival or cultural reform and rationalize the content of socialization, through vaccination, "the rules of self-realization," the reference models, historical characters or mythical in popular stories or school more personal advantages in propensity towards the achievement, a transgressor of the rentier mode of production, which does not pay attention to the connection between income level and entitlements performance.
