Abstract:

Abstract :
The combination of communication technology and information technology technology, contributed to the abolition of geographical borders and political barriers that separate countries and contributed to the connection between distant peoples, turning the world into a small village. As a result of this, new contracts have also appeared to be concluded in a virtual world through modern communication technologies, especially the Internet, namely "electronic contracts", which is the basis for electronic commercial transactions, and this makes the traditional systems unable to keep pace with and contain the modernity the world is experiencing. In transactions and technological development, and from this emerged the need for legal systems that contain and regulate these new transactions and contracts. The search for the specifics and nature of these contracts has become a necessity.
