Abstract:

The concept of manifestation refers to the concretization of the theoretical provision in furûʽ al-fıqh. There is a need for the concept of manifestation, especially in the field of worship. Because the religion of Islam has given some responsibilities to people and has set a time frame for the fulfillment of these responsibilities. However, he did not prescribe a certain time for the obligatory duties of some worship such as prayers. This situation led to a dispute among schools regarding the time when the obligatory duties of the aforementioned worship were determined. Hanefian scholars claimed that it is fard when a person fulfills the prayer in time, that at the end of time it was determined by the last part of the time. However, Shafi'i scholars said that the obligatory prayer was determined at the beginning of the time. This difference of opinion regarding the time period in which the fard of prayer is determined led to different provisions between schools, especially the passenger prayer. Likewise, the determination of the time of fasting has led to differences of opinion regarding the intention of this worship. This concept is used in the field of worship as well as in the field of practice. Hanafi school especially emphasize the concept of determination and states that the concept of determination is distinctive in the field of application between money and commodity.

Taayyün kavramı fürû-i fıkıhta teorik olarak vazedilen hükmün somut hale gelmesini ifade etmektedir.
