Abstract:

Change, transformation, evolution is the common universal process of all times and spaces. Geographical sections of historical periods show this fact. Cities that are one of the environments created by human beings reflect people's feelings and emotions directly. For this reason, cities reflect the abstract memories, as well as the panoramic images including the geographical area they are located in, the intimate details and other features, as common intelligence of the person who develops them. In the city, we should be able to see not only the hand but also the mind. We can say that the intellects and intelligence of the city are intelligent and evolving and kemalat in the case of an intelligent, especially intelligent self-reflection of the intelligence freed from emotionalism that can not produce mid-long term projection. Spatial changes that are limited to image and physical conditions can not create environments in which he can comfort himself and feel like himself. If there is no intelligence that is consistent with universal general truths, it will not be possible to attain a happy life standard, even if it comes with comfort and satisfaction with advanced intelligence products. Technology, as a human concept, is shaped by the mind that uses it as well as the mind that produces it, and it gives life direction. The intelligent construction of cities that centralize, protect and develop the inhomogeneity of human beings and the environment is only possible with reason, and more intelligently, in mind with self-reasoning, that is, universal general truths. For this reason, we can say that urbanization is a righteous process. Trying to prevent autonomous products and systems, such as artificial intelligence, that can develop their own computational capacity from touching cities is wrong as a necessity of breathing with the world, and it is not a healthy choice globally and it will not be a sustainable choice. However, it is vital to manage the process of shaping space with intelligence or self-reasoning, and moreover, to manage the instrumental intelligence on the conditions that self-intelligence determines. From this perspective, using current means and methodologies such as GIS and Geotasium in this perspective will help prevent the risks of scaring people and city intelligence, as well as avoiding the deprivation of being away from evolving technologies.
