Abstract:

The
purpose of this study was to determine the changes of soccer within physical
& physiological parameters after preparation period. In this study 35
amateur players in Samsun were selected as subjects. In this study ages,
training ages, weights and heights of the subjects have been found out. For
physiological measures, rest heart rate (HR), systolic blood pressure,
diastolic blood pressure, leg strength, flexibility, speed, repetitive sprints
distance of 30 meters, anaerobic powers (vertical jump) and aerobic powers
(cooper test) of subject have been measured. The first measure was made a day
before the beginning of the preseason camp and the last measure was made at the
and of preseason camp, including six weeks. Statiscall analysing of the results
t-test was used. In addition, analysis of Oneway Anova has been made to compare
aerobic and anaerobic power according to playing positions of the players. The
average of the players 19.40±2.13 year, and the average of weight is 69.79±8.05
kg before the preparation period and after 67.84±7.73 kg There is significant differences
between these two values. Besides there is statistical differences between
before and after the preaparetion camp values on rest heart rate, systolic
blood pressure, the strength of left leg, the strength of right leg, percentage
of the body fat, the heart rate before the 12 min. running, the distance of 12
minutes running and finally aerobic power. These findings have been evaluated
before and after the preparation camp and it has been obtained that there is a
meaningful relationship among these findings. There is no significant differences
among the values of diastolic blood pressure, flexibility, vertical jump, 7
repetitive sprints distance of 30 meter, HR is 12 minute run, anaerobic power
before and after the preparation camp.
