Abstract:

Abstract :
This study examines the ideas of justice and their development at the dawn of human history, starting from an attempt to search for the origins of ideas of justice and their roots in pre-state societies. It also studies terms and concepts such as "primitive", "pre-state" and others...
The study aims to show how the emergence of the "state" was a decisive turning point in the transition from egalitarian societies towards complex societies in which inequality and social stratification prevailed in ancient eastern civilizations. And an explanation of the formation of ideas of justice through that turning point, and the subsequent the formation of the Problematic of equality/disparity, one of the most important problematic in the philosophy of justice.
