Abstract:

" This research is a study of the position of contemporary views on the relationship between the purposes of Sharia law and the principles of jurisprudence. There are three views: the first sees the independence of purposes from the principles of jurisprudence, the second makes the Shariah purposes part of the science of principles, and the third sees that they complete each other. The research studies the reasons for each view and its consequences. The research plan included preliminary research on defining the purposes of Sharia law and the principles of jurisprudence. Three topics: the first topic is the first view: (separation). The second topic is the second view: (relationship). The third topic is the third view: (completion). The research concluded that the view of completion between them is correct and that the separation between the science of principles and the objectives of Shariah is not possible. The relationship between them is a relationship of mixing and integration, not a relationship of separation and independence. The conclusion included the most important findings and recommendations.
