 هدفت الدراسة للكشف عن احتياجات معلمي الحاسوب وتطلعاتهم المستقبلية في المدارس الحكومية، في إقليم الجنوب: (محافظتي معان والعقبة) من وجهة نظرهم، وقد استُخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي، والاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات، وطبّقت على عينة قوامها (175) معلمَا ومعلمة اختيروا بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وأظهرت النتائج أنَّ احتياجات معلمي الحاسوب وتطلعاتهم المستقبلية في المدارس الحكومية في إقليم الجنوب: (محافظتي معان والعقبة)، من وجهة نظرهم على الأداة ككل جاءت بدرجة كبيرة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.05)، في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة: احتياجات معلمي الحاسوب وتطلعاتهم المستقبلية في المدارس الحكومية في إقليم الجنوب: (محافظتي معان والعقبة)، تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي والمحافظة. وتوصي الباحثة بقيام وزارة التربية والتعليم بتأهيل معلمي الحاسوب؛ لمواكبة التطوير المستمر في البرامج الحديثة في المناهج الدراسية، والأخذ بتوصيات معلمي الحاسوب، في مجال احتياجاتهم وتطلعاتهم المستقبلية في العملية التعليمية؛ من خلال إعداد دليل خاص بمفهوم هذه الاحتياجات والتطلعات المستقبلية وأهدافها، ومجالاتها في العمل المدرسي.

 The study aims to reveal the needs and future aspirations of computer teachers in public schools in the southern region (Ma'an and Aqaba governorates) from their point of view. The descriptive survey method and the questionnaire were used as a tool for data collection, and they were applied to a sample of (175) male and female teachers selected by simple random method. The results showed that the needs of computer teachers were high, and there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α=0.05) in the estimates of computer teachers' needs and future aspirations in public schools in the southern region (Ma'an and Aqaba governorates) due to the variables of gender, educational qualification, and governorate. The researcher recommends that the Ministry of Education should qualify computer teachers to keep pace with the continuous development of modern programs in the curricula, and take the recommendations of computer teachers in the field of their needs and future aspirations in the educational process by preparing a special guide on the concept of these needs and future aspirations, their objectives, and their areas in school work.
