Abstract:

This study aims to clarify that the environment faces difficult challenges and that it is necessary to develop strategies adapted to this deterioration of the environmental situation by adopting judicious environmental laws and policies adapted to the situation and consistent with global concerns in the field of the environment. Especially since the environmental situation left by colonialism in Algeria has deteriorated in several areas, but the adoption of the sector by Algeria as a cornerstone of development has aggravated environmental problems. The challenges and challenges that Algeria faces as well as the nature of the environmental problems that are exposed to it clearly show the deterioration of the environment, particularly with respect to natural capital, which has reached the level of risk that would endangered much of the economic and social gains. The basic principle of the environmental strategy is to adopt a targeted environmental policy to combat environmental degradation and preserve the environment in all areas. This research tries to highlight the environmental policy and the legal status of the environment in Algeria .
