Abstract:

this study aims shed light on the reality of religious tourism in Algeria,so that the development of the tourism sector is considered important,in view of the role played by tourism in increasing economic growth and the sector’s netwith other productive sectors, which positively affects the increase of the local output and employment levels.
The importance of the tourism sector in Algeria increases because of the State's desire to diversify its sources of income and to compensate for the atrophy of the industrial and agricultural sector. Tourism is therefore dependent on playing an important economic and developmental role. There is no doubt that the State has harnessed all material and human resources to promote religious tourism by paying attention to the corners, mosques, shrines and shrine.
