Abstract:

The primary goal of the research is to examine the mediating role of supply chain digitalization in the relationship between organizational adaptability and supply chain performance. Since there is no Turkish version of the supply chain digitalization, supply chain performance, and organizational adaptability scales, the secondary goal of the research is to demonstrate the validity and reliability of the measuring instruments in the context of Türkiye. The research was conducted using a casual model as a quantitative research methodology. The researchs population includes businesses engaged in Turkeys manufacturing, logistics, transportation and storage, wholesale and retail industries. 458 data were utilized in the analysis, which employed convenience and snowball sampling approaches. As a result of the findings, the Turkish versions of the three measurement tools displayed factor structures that were similar to those of the original versions, provided construct validity, and had high levels of internal consistency of the scale items, so it was concluded that the three scales could be used in Türkiye. It has been discovered that organizational adaptability of the businesses has a favorable positive impact on supply chain digitalization and supply chain performance, and that supply chain digitalization also has a beneficial positive impact on supply chain performance. Furthermore, it has been determined that supply chain digitalization has a partial mediating role in the relationship between organizational adaptation and supply chain performance.
