Abstract:

methods of work; these technologies are not also neutral on work organization even on the management of the organization. Long stationed on a purely IT vision, organizations who are investing in ICT consider this action as a project who starts and finishes within a fixed date. This vision showed its limits; ICT place employees in a processes network who have nothing with the traditional silos.
