 يعرف نموذج التحري الجماعي لثيلين بأنه تقديم مشكلة أو موقف محير للتلاميذ ضمن فقرات اليوم الدراسي وتعرف ردود أفعالهم، ومن ثم حثهم على التعاون فيما بينهم للتوصل إلى الحلول لهذه المشكلة أو الموقف المحير من خلال البحث والاطلاع وإجراء المناقشة الجماعية معهم بعد تحديد دور كل تلميذ داخل المجموعة. يعد نموذج التحري الجماعي لهربرت لثيلين Herbart Thelen نموذجا لتطوير مهارات المشاركة في العملية الاجتماعية. وقد أشار يوسف قطامي، نايفة قطامي، نرجس حمدي (408,2009) إلى أن ثيلين أهتم بالأسس الديمقراطية لبناء علاقات اجتماعية وتفاعل إنساني بين الأفراد، وافترض أنه يمكن تحقيق هذا النموذج عن طريق بناء عملية التربية ضمن العملية الديمقراطية، بوصف الصف وحدة اجتماعية حيث يجعل الطلبة متعلمين نشطين مسؤولين عن التعليم الخاص بهم من خلال البحث عن الحلول للمشكلات والقضايا المطروحة عليهم ومناقشتها بصورة جماعية ويضع المعلم في دور الميسر حيث يقوم بتقديم المشكلة للمتعلمين ومعها بعض التوجيهات العامة مما يتيح الحرية للجميع والمساعدة في الوصول إلى الاستنتاجات ويجعل العملية التعليمية ممتعة ومشوقة. كما تمثل بيئات التعلم الإلكتروني بأنها البيئات التعليمية التي يتم من خلالها تقديم المحتوى التعليمي للتلاميذ وتعمل على تحقيق التفاعل والمشاركة فيما بينهم والاستفادة منها لتمكنهم من بناء معارفهم وتنمية مهاراتهم الاجتماعية والحياتية. ونظرا لما لبيئات التعلم الإلكتروني وما تتضمنه من أدوات ما يدعم التعلم القائم على التحري والتي يمكن للمتعلمين والمعلمين استخدامها بشكل فعال، فقد أصبح من الضروري إيجاد معايير لتصميم تلك البيئات حيث وضع الشروط والمواصفات الخاصة ببيئات التعلم الإلكترونية القائمة على نموذج التحري الجماعي لثيلين. لذا هدف البحث الحالي إلى وضع وصياغة المستويات المعيارية لبيئات التعلم الإلكترونية القائمة على نموذج التحري الجماعي لثيلين، من خلال تحديد المجالات الرئيسة، والمعايير المكونة لكل مجال، والمؤشرات التي تندرج أسفل كل معيار. واتبع المنهج الوصفي في عرض البحوث ودراستها وتحليلها لاستخلاص المعايير. تم التوصل إلى قائمة بالمستويات المعيارية لبيئات التعلم الإلكتروني القائمة على نموذج التحري الجماعي لثيلين، وتكونت من (4) مجالات، و(12) معيارا، و(71) مؤشرا. وقسمت المعايير إلى (3) معايير للخصائص التعليمية للمحتوى، (4) معايير للتصميم الفني لبيئات التعلم الإلكترونية القائمة على نموذج التحري الجماعي لثيلين، (3) معايير لتطبيق بيئات التعلم الإلكترونية القائمة على نموذج التحري الجماعي لثيلين، (2) معيارين لتقويم بيئات التعلم الإلكترونية القائمة على نموذج التحري الجماعي لثيلين. وفي ضوء نتائج البحث الحالي، يوصى بإجراء المزيد من المراجعات المستمرة لهذه المعايير لتوكب التطورات المستحدثة في المجال.
                  The group investigation model of Thelin is defined as presenting a problem or confusing situation to students within the paragraphs of the school day and knowing their reactions, and then urging them to cooperate among themselves to reach solutions to this problem or confusing situation through research and perusal and conducting a group discussion with them after determining the role of each student within the group. The Herbart Thelen collective investigation model is a model for developing participatory skills in the social process. Yusef Qatami, Nayfeh Qatami and Narges Hamdy (408,2009) indicated that Thelin was interested in the foundations of democracy to build social relations and human interaction between individuals, and he assumed that this model can be achieved by building the educational process within the democratic process, describing the class as a social unit where it makes Students are active learners responsible for their own education by searching for solutions to problems and issues before them and discussing them collectively and the teacher puts in the role of facilitator where he presents the problem to learners and with it some general guidance which allows freedom for everyone and help in reaching conclusions and makes the educational process enjoyable and interesting. E-learning environments are also represented as educational environments through which educational content is presented to pupils and work to achieve interaction and participation among them and benefit from them to enable them to build their knowledge and develop their social and life skills. In view of the e-learning environments and the tools they contain that support inquiry-based learning that learners and teachers can use effectively, it has become imperative to find standards for the design of these environments as setting the conditions and specifications for e-learning environments based on the group investigation model of Thelin. So the aim of the current research is to develop and formulate the standard levels of electronic learning environments based on the collective investigation model of two, by identifying the main areas, the component standards for each field, and the indicators that fall under each criterion. The descriptive approach was followed in presenting, studying and analyzing research to extract criteria. A list of standard levels of e-learning environments based on the collective investigation model of Thylene was reached, and it consisted of (4) domains, (12) criteria, and (71) indicators. The standards were divided into (3) standards for the educational characteristics of the content, (4) standards for the technical design of e-learning environments based on the three-team investigation model, (3) standards for the application of e-learning environments based on the collective investigation model of two, (2) standards for evaluating e-learning environments Based on a theline collective screening model. In light of the results of the current research, it is recommended to conduct more continuous reviews of these standards to keep pace with the developments in the field.
