Abstract:

Large-scale fires are coming from the beginning of the biggest accidents in industrial areas in our country. If these fires are not used in a timely and appropriate equipment for intervention, its large material and intangible effect causes accidents that will continue for long periods of time. For this reason, a fire prevention and impact reduction work should be carried out starting from the determination of the area where the business will be established before an industrial business is established. In addition, all flammable, burning, flammable and explosive materials to be used should be determined and fire systems should be used to extinguish these substances quickly and effectively at the time of a possible fire. Of course, when we integrate these systems into our processing, it is not possible to mention that our business is in the trust at the time of an industrial fire. In addition, it is very important to maintain the fire systems we use daily, weekly, monthly and at the dates specified in standards or during the periods determined by the manufacturer. In addition to all this, the training of the personnel working in the business is important. It is inevitable that staff will be given the necessary training on fire and raise awareness of what to do at the time of the fire will minimize the effects of a possible industrial fire.
