 تنشأ الشركات من قبل أشخاص يمتلكون روح المخاطرة، يعملون على بناء مشروعاتهم الخاصة في مختلف المجالات ومنها المجال الرياضي، ويهدف هذا المقال إلى لفت انتباه شريحة واسعة من الشباب خريجي معاهد التربية البدنية والرياضية، تخصص إدارة وتسيير رياضي إلى ضرورة الولوج إلى عالم الأعمال المتوافق مع التخصص المدرج في الجامعة، ومع الإمكانيات المتوفرة، إذ لا يتطلب القانون الجزائري لهذا النوع من الشركات (المؤسسة الرياضية ذات الشخص الوحيد والمسؤولية المحدودة) شروط معقدة مقارنة بشروط الشركات ذات الأسهم، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف الذي يرمي إليه هذا المقال استعنا بالمنهج التحليلي الذي يتوافق مع طبيعة النصوص القانونية، ومن أهم النتائج المستخلصة: 
قلة عدد المؤسسات الرياضية ذات الشخص الوحيد والمسؤولية المحدودة في الميدان الرياضي في الجزائر.
عدم معرفة الطلبة من خلال الاحتكاك بهم في الأعمال الموجهة والمحاضرات بالنظام القانوني لهذا النوع من الشركات.
يعتبر المجال الرياضي مجالا خصبا للشباب الطَموح لإنشاء مشاريعه الخاصة في إطار المقاولاتية.

Abstract : 
Companies are created by people who possess a spirit of risk, who work to build their own projects in various fields, including the sports field, and this article aims to draw the attention of a wide range of young graduates of institutes of physical education and sports, specializing in sports management and management, to the need to enter the world of business compatible with the specialization Listed in the university, and with the available capabilities, as the Algerian law does not require this type of company (a sports institution with a sole person and limited liability) complex conditions compared to the conditions of companies with shares, and to achieve this goal that this article aims to, we used the analytical method that corresponds to the nature of the texts Legal, Among the most important findings:
The small number of sports institutions with only one person and limited liability in the sports field in Algeria. Students' lack of knowledge of the legal system of this type of companies through contact with them in directed work and lectures.
The sports field is considered a fertile field for ambitious young people to establish their own projects within the framework of entrepreneurship.

Résumé : 
Les entreprises sont créées par des personnes qui possèdent un esprit de risque, qui travaillent à construire leurs propres projets dans divers domaines, y compris le terrain de sport, et cet article vise à attirer l'attention d'un large éventail de jeunes diplômés des instituts d'éducation physique et sportive. , spécialisée en management et management du sport, à la nécessité d'entrer dans le monde des affaires compatible avec la spécialisation Listée à l'université, et avec les capacités disponibles, car la loi algérienne n'exige pas ce type d'entreprise (une institution sportive avec une personne et responsabilité limitée) des conditions complexes par rapport aux conditions des sociétés par actions, et pour atteindre cet objectif visé par cet article, nous avons utilisé la méthode analytique qui correspond à la nature des textes Légaux, Parmi les résultats les plus importants:
Le petit nombre d'institutions sportives avec une seule personne et une responsabilité limitée dans le domaine sportif en Algérie.
Le manque de connaissances des étudiants sur le système juridique de ce type d'entreprises par contact avec eux dans le cadre de travaux dirigés et de conférences.
Le terrain de sport est considéré comme un terrain fertile pour les jeunes ambitieux qui souhaitent monter leurs propres projets dans le cadre de l'entrepreneuriat.
