 HUASC Hacettepe University Ankara State Conservatory Folklore Archive is an important music archive consisting of Folk Music compilation records, documents, wax records and gramophone records collected from 17 compilation trips conducted by Muzaffer Sarısözen in 246 settlements in 62 provinces of Turkey between 1937-1952. Important names such as Muzaffer Sarısözen, Hasan Ferit Alnar, Necil Kazım Akses, Ulvi Cemal Erkin, Halil Bedii Yönken, Cevad Memduh Altar, Tahsin Banguoğlu and Rıza Yetişen contributed to the compilation trips as compilers. The first compilation study was made in 1937 in Sivas, Elazığ, Erzincan, Erzurum, Gümüşhane, Trabzon and Rize provinces and 588 folk tunes were collected. The second compilation trip took place in 1938 with 604 melodies collected from Kütahya, Afyon, Denizli, Aydın, İzmir, Manisa, Balıkesir. This study aims to introduce the documents in the Denizli 1938 file of the compilation trip carried out in Denizli between 10-11 July 1938 in the HUASC Folklore Archive and to bring together and convey the information recorded in the said documents about the collected works. There are 35 compilation forms in the Denizli 1938 file, and the compilation information of a total of 35 works, 25 of which are verbal and 10 of which are instrumental. While examining the compilation forms, the titles of the works that are the subject of the study, which compilation form they are included in, their record numbers, their places on the record and the number information and the information about source person, the information about the words of the work and the compilers comments was transferred faithfully to the original, and the results were displayed in tables and graphics. In the study, other documents in the Archive, other than the aforementioned file, were also examined and compared with the information in the compilation forms, and the changes identified were revealed.

 HÜADK Hacettepe Üniversitesi Ankara Devlet Konservatuvarı Folklor Arşivi, 1937-1952 yılları arasında, Türkiyenin 62 ilinin 246 yerleşim merkezinde Muzaffer Sarısözen başkanlığında gerçekleştirilmiş 17 derleme gezisinden elde edilen Halk Müziği derleme kayıtları, dokümanları, mum ve taş plaklarından oluşan önemli bir müzik arşividir. Derleme gezilerine Muzaffer Sarısözen, Hasan Ferit Alnar, Necil Kazım Akses, Ulvi Cemal Erkin, Halil Bedii Yönetken, Cevad Memduh Altar, Tahsin Banguoğlu ve Rıza Yetişen gibi önemli isimler derleyici olarak katkı sağlamışlardır. İlk derleme çalışması 1937 yılında Sivas, Elâzığ, Erzincan, Erzurum, Gümüşhane, Trabzon ve Rize illerinde yapılmış ve 588 halk ezgisi toplanmıştır. İkinci derleme gezisi ise 1938 yılında, Kütahya, Afyon, Denizli, Aydın, İzmir, Manisa, Balıkesir illerinden toplanan 604 adet ezgi ile gerçekleşmiştir. Bu çalışma, HÜADK Folklor Arşivinde bulunan 10-11 Temmuz 1938 tarihleri arasında Denizlide gerçekleştirilmiş olan derleme gezisine ilişkin Denizli 1938 dosyasındaki belgelerin tanıtılmasını ve derlenen eserler hakkında söz konusu belgelerde kayıt altına alınmış bilgilerin bir araya getirilerek aktarılmasını amaçlamaktadır. Denizli 1938 dosyasında 35 adet derleme fişi bulunmakta, fişlerde 25i sözlü, 10ü çalgısal toplam 35 adet eserin derleme bilgisi yer almaktadır. Derleme fişleri incelenirken, çalışmaya konu olan eserlerin başlıkları, hangi derleme fişinde yer aldıkları, plak numaraları, plaktaki yerleri ve sayı bilgileriyle birlikte, fişte yer alan kaynak kişi künyesi ile eser sözlerine ve derleyici yorumlarına ilişkin bilgiler, aslına sadık kalınarak aktarılmış, ulaşılan sonuçlar tablo ve grafik gösterimleriyle sergilenmiştir. Çalışmada, Arşivde söz konusu dosya dışında kalan diğer belgeler de mercek altına alınıp derleme fişlerindeki bilgilerle karşılaştırılarak tespit edilen değişiklikler ortaya konmuştur.
