The nature of the dynamic environment of companies, and its fluctuations and instability, imposed on them to adopt a new approach or means necessary to confront competition and this to ensure its survival and continuity, and this new method is based on achieving organizational flexibility in its practice to strengthen its strategic vigilance in an environment characterized by high complexity and uncertainty. Accordingly, the academic problem can be formulated in the following question: What role can the organizational resilience practices and methods of ceramic manufacturing companies in Egypt contribute to boosting their strategic vigilance, enabling them to face complex and intertwined environmental changes? The study aimed to investigate the effect of organizational flexibility in reinforcing strategic vigilance, and to identify the trends and opinions of workers in ceramic manufacturing companies towards the research topic through the field study.
