Abstract:

 The This study aimed at defining the degree of applying flexibility and elaboration skills in teaching Arabic language and its effect on achievement and language intelligence for basic ninth grade female students in Theeban Educational Directorate /Jordan.
The sample of the study consisted of (90) female students from three schools who were distributed into the three groups. The first experimental group in TheebanSecondary school for girls, which taught Arabic language by using flexibility skill. The second group in Sawada secondary school for girls which taught Arabic language by using elaboration skill.The third group in Lebb Secondary School for girls, which taught Arabic language by the common ordinary method.
The researchers developed two tools: An achievement test and a language intelligence scale. The validity and reliability of the two tools was insured and the ANCOVA has been used to analyze the data.
The results showed the followings:

There were significant statistical differences between the means of study groups on the achievement posttest, in favor of the groups that have been taught with elaboration and flexibility skills.
There were significant statistical differences between the means of study groups on the language intelligence posttest, in favor of the groups that have been taught by flexibility and elaboration skills when compared with the ordinary group.

 هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف إلى درجة تطبيق مهارتي المرونة والتوضيح في تدريس اللغة العربية وأثره في التحصيل والذكاء اللغوي لطالبات الصف التاسع الأساسي في لواء ذيبان/ الأردن.
وتألفت عينة الدراسة من (90) طالبة من ثلاث مدارس، تم توزيعهن إلى ثلاث مجموعات: المجموعة التجريبية الأولى (مدرسة ذيبان الثانوية للبنات): وتم تدريس مادة اللغة العربية بمهارة المرونة؛ وتضم (25) طالبةً، والمجموعة التجريبية الثانية (مدرسة السواعدة الثانوية للبنات): وتم تدريس مادة اللغة العربية بمهارة التوضيح؛ وتضم (37) طالبةً، والمجموعة الضابطة (مدرسة لب الثانوية للبنات): وتم تدريس مادة اللغة العربية بالطريقة الاعتيادية السائدة؛ وتضم (28) طالبةً.
وقام الباحثان بإعداد أداتي الدراسة وهما: الاختبار التحصيلي، ومقياس للذكاء اللغوي، وتم التحقق من صدقهما وثباتهما، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام تحليل التباين المصاحب (ANCOVA). وأظهرت نتائج التحليل الإحصائي الآتي:

وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات أداء مجموعات الدراسة على اختبار التحصيل البعدي، وكان الفرق لصالح المجموعة التي درست مهارة التوضيح، والمجموعة التي درست مهارة المرونة، عند مقارنتهما مع متوسط المجموعة الضابطة التي درست بالطريقة الاعتيادية.
وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات أداء مجموعات الدراسة على مقياس الذكاء اللغوي البعدي، وكان الفرق لصالح المجموعة التي اكتسبت مهارة المرونة عند مقارنتها مع المجموعة الاعتيادية، وكان الفرق أيضاً لصالح المجموعة التي اكتسبت مهارة التوضيح عند مقارنتها مع متوسط المجموعة الاعتيادية.
