Abstract:

 

In this study, a furnace which is used for observation of environments under high temperature, and also used for manufacturing of glasses which are resisted to high temperature has been designed and implemented. Automation of this system has been done by using PLC. Operating parameters of furnace such as materials entering, the furnace, the local temperature control of furnace, cooling control and materials outing have been sensed with Hall Effect Sensor. Furthermore, the observation of parameters of furnace on screen has been provided with SCADA software. Obtained products have been shown the system works successfully.

 

Bu çalışmada, sıcak ortamların gözlenmesi, sıcaklık değişimine ve darbelere dayanıklı cam üretiminde kullanılan temperleme fırınının kontrolü tasarlanmış ve uygulaması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sistemin otomasyonu PLC kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Malzemenin fırına girişi, fırına ait bölgesel sıcaklık kontrolü, soğutma kontrolü ve malzemenin çıkışı gibi parametreler algılayıcılar ile kontrol edilmiştir. Ayrıca SCADA yazılımı yardımı ile parametrelerin ekrandan izlenebilmesi imkanı sağlanmıştır. Elde edilen ürünler sistemin başarı ile çalıştığını göstermiştir.
